Someone was asking about using recordings made when speaking to or dealing with CAFCASS. Well, the law, you'll not be surprised, is funny about recording conversations. I have asked a legal friend of mine who said that to be admissible in the slightest, you'd have to advise the person you're taping that you were taping them.
That kind of defeats the purpose somewhat, but the way they see it is that as you know you're taping the conversation, then you're acting accordingly, so they should have the same benefit.
There's nothing to stop anyone recording a conversation and then uploading it to YouTube though. Nothing at all.
